A ski lease is typically a 4 or 5 month lease that runs from
the beginning of December or the beginning of January thru the end of
April/beginning of May encompassing the majority of the ski season.
Properties available for ski lease have most all of the necessary items so you
can just show up with your skis, clothing and food. They are designed to be
convenient for the avid skier. All have access to the Northstar
Recreation center and shuttle service. The lessee typically assumes the
gas and electric service. Local telephone service is provided as well as
basic cable. Each property will vary slightly, some provide high speed
